Return, Exchange & Cancellation

Your satisfaction with our product/s is guaranteed but for any specific reasons you want to cancel your order then here are some important points.

Return Policy

-You may initiate a return within 3 days of receiving the order.

-Item(s) must be unused, in their original packaging, and with all tags attached.

-Your original shipping charges are non-refundable, even if you get any discount on the shipping charges. The actual shipping charges & return shipping charges will be deducted/adjusted while processing the final refund.  

-TingaBar will initiate the return from your delivery address, and Return Shipping will be adjusted in the final refund amount.

-Refund of online payments will be done in the same mode of payment within 5-7 working days once the item(s) are received at our warehouse and are made eligible for refund after review.

-All gifts or promotional items must be returned with the order.

Exchange Policy

-You may initiate an exchange within 3 days of receiving the order.

Cancellation Policy

-You may initiate cancellation of your order anytime.

-If you cancel your order before dispatch, then full refund will be applicable.  

-If you cancel your order after the dispatch, then it will be considered as Return Order. Same rule and refund process will be applied. Please refer the "Return Policy".
